Tri-Luma Cream 15g is a prescription triple-combination topical treatment formulated for the short-term management of moderate-to-severe facial melasma. It contains hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.05%, and fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%, which work together to reduce excess pigmentation and improve the appearance of melasma patches. For best results, it should be used alongside daily broad-spectrum sunscreen, protective clothing, and reduced sun exposure.
